Gen2Gen Movies & Mentors Digital Toolkit

Thanks for participating in Gen2Gen Movies & Mentors, a contest that celebrates intergenerational mentoring relationships on the big screen and asks people over 50 to become mentors in real life.

This is a great opportunity for your supporters to nominate their favorite Gen2Gen mentoring movie and get a chance to win $500 in free movie tickets! They can also host an informal “watch party” where people gather to watch a movie and talk about intergenerational mentoring. In March, we’ll ask the public to vote for the top 10 Gen2Gen movies of all time, again entering them into a drawing for $500 in free movie tickets.

From now through April, we’ll be repeatedly inviting people to get involved with our partner organizations. Now is a good time to ensure all of your listings are up-to-date in our Opportunity Finder, powered by VolunteerMatch. You can find instructions here.

We hope that this toolkit — full of sample language and graphics — will make it easy to share this information with your community!
